We will visit six tasting locations. We will start at the Puerto Viejo entrance, and continue walking through town while I share the culinary history of every traditional dish we try. We will visit the Marcus Garvey Cultural House, which reinforces the cultural identity of the South Caribbean, and where we might see a local art exhibition.
