Using only the freshest ingredients, I will teach you how to bake traditional pastries at home with "fridge ingredients" and home accessories. Only tips and step by step, in a relax atmosphere, to guide you through the recipe you will be happy and proud to share with your beloved.. Each month I will select a seasonal recipe: Christmas log, Epiphany galette, French pancakes, Macarons, Madeleines, choux, traditional fruit jam, ... Feel free to contact me to know the recipe of a specific month. The workshop is children friendly so let me know when you book and I will make sure kids have their specific step by step part. After the recipe, we will share a time together and you will be leaving with gourmet cake of the day.
