Nail acupuncture is known to restart your nervous system, clear your mind and this is a great way to practice your willpower and mental focus. The nail acupuncture session itself is only 1 minute long, but it requires a deep mental focus and willpower. First, we will have a tea ceremony with an introduction. Ingredients of tea -tea leaves, a mixture of sage, black tea, ginger, and local honey. This tea refreshes and gives a boost of antioxidants. During the introduction we will enjoy the tea and I will discuss my approach in nail acupuncture and review your interests, concerns, and wishes. I'll then guide you in preparing your feet for the session. During the nail acupuncture session, I will guide you through breathing and mental focus techniques. After the acupuncture I will guide you through a feet massage and explain the importance of it. After the session we can talk about nutrition and daily life hacks (exercises, supplements, techniques, recovery methods) and how you can apply these to your life.
I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and finalist of the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. To get ready for competition I rely on rigorous athletic training. Additionally, I incorporate nontraditional training approaches to gain an edge. I have practiced yoga for over 10 years. I gained knowledge in yoga and yoga philosophy from a Shaman in Russia. I also meditate regularly and even studied in China at a Shaolin temple. I'm a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the US. From these approaches, I know how to sync with your body, nature, and the power around us. I know how to manifest consciousness to its full potential and help incorporate these lessons in your life. I can help you create natural dopamine, reduce stress, improve nutrition, be healthier and feel better.
