I operate a professional coffee training lab in the suburb of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I'm an authorised trainer with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), which is the leading trade organisation in the specialty coffee industry. I have had over 8 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry; starting as a barista, operation manager, trainer, and then as a consultant. In order to keep up with the latest industry trend, I travel around the world often to learn, to teach in other nations, as well as to judge in coffee competitions. At present, I'm also a certified world judge in the world coffee championships.
