- Lesson by Yakitori Master Massy- This is a cooking lesson at a Yakitori restaurant called Keikiya(景気屋) which loved by locals. A chef teaches you all the process to make Yakitori, and after that you enjoy eating it with Japanese Sake and an appetizer! 【What's “Yakitori” - 焼き鳥 -】 Yakitori; one of traditional food loved by all ages in Japan, are grilled chicken skewers made from bite sized pieces of meat from all different parts of the chicken, such as the breasts, thighs, skin, liver and other innards. 【What’s “Kushiuchi” - 串打ち -】 Kushiuchi is the first process to serve the best Yakitori, which is needed a sense for the balance between ingredients and a skewer. It is not for home cooking but professional cooking, so even ordinary Japanese can't get opportunity to cook it. I swear that it is worth experiencing.

We prepare all ingredients and cooking utensils. So you don't need to prepare anything.
1. We meet up at Esaka station by the midosuji line. ●Esaka station -Osaka station: within 15 min -Shin-Osaka station: 5 min 2. I escort you to a local Yakitori restaurant called Keikiya. 3. You start cooking 5 kinds of Yakitori with "Master Massy" who is a professional chef. 4. You eat Yakitori you cooked with Japanese Sake and an Appetizer. 5. Just have fun!
