We will meet at "Il Tentacolo Ristò" and begin our culinary tasting with a typical dish of Viareggio, the pasta alla "Trabaccolara". The pasta is produced in our kitchen and is handmade, respecting the oldest Italian tradition, accompanied by a fish ragù. We will continue with the tasting of another typical dish "La seppia in zimino". You will be followed in this tasting by Linda, who being a sommelier, will make you appreciate a typical Tuscan wine, a Chianti DOCG. And finally a classic of the world of Italian sweets, the "Tiramisù".
My name is Linda, my family has been in the restaurant business for 30 years and, thanks to my innate curiosity, I have had several experiences that have helped to broaden my horizons a lot. An important thing that I have understood over many years is that I love taking care of others and that the table is the ideal place to do it, that's why, together with Monica, we decided to give birth to "The Tentacle" Ristò, the place where we will give away free to the innovations of our culinary tradition. The watchword will be a short supply chain of raw materials, respecting the seasons and our territory. We will offer you catch of the day, organic fruit and vegetables and olive oil from our hills.
From an old art gallery, "Il Tentacolo Ristò" was born, which conserves a part of the room for the exhibition of various artists and which, after a total restyling, is now also a small restaurant with a contemporary and romantic flavor.
