Learn how to prepare a wonderful, healthy and nutritious brunch meal featuring sweet and savory flavors along with a delicious coffee, tea and freshly squeezed juice.

This is a two hour session and includes a hands-on cooking lesson featuring vegetarian food (we can also focus on vegan food if you prefer) that will help maximize your physical potential.

You will learn about new flavors and new foods and how they allow your body to function more efficiently. The class is perfect for athletes, self-improvers or anyone who wants to find new ways to fuel future success.

I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and finalist of the 2016 Rio Olympic games. To get ready for competition I rely on rigorous athletic training. Additionally, I incorporate nontraditional training approaches to gain an edge.

Food is a critical complement to these training approaches. Everybody knows that healthy and nutritious diet is crucial for achieving the best athletic performance but I know what actually works. I've dedicated my book -
“Healthy Food for Athletes” - to this topic.

I gladly share my cooking knowledge and skills with others through my book and social media and I love to share nutrition and daily life hacks (exercises, supplements, techniques, recovery methods) and help others apply them to improve.
