Hello and welcome to beautiful Bremerton, Washington! Whether you're interested in getting grounded after traveling, an all-body stretch after sightseeing, or you're a local looking to explore your own backyard, give yourself the gift of a yoga hike followed by a wholesome nutrient-rich juice. We will meet at the trail pavilion along Almira Drive NE and begin with introductions, review the route, a safety briefing, and a mindful breathing and centering practice to help us arrive into the session. Our yoga hike will be on a wide, mostly flat trail. We'll walk for 1/4 mile and then begin the yoga practice with a warm-up series. We will alternate mindful walking and traditional yoga postures throughout the 2-3 mile walk. The yoga will be sitting, standing or moving depending on the weather and the dampness of the ground. At several times during the journey, we will check in with our breath and body sensations. We will end with a savasana, the pose of total relaxation, back at the pavilion. We will spend our last 10 minutes of the experience sipping juice and chatting. The experience focuses on connecting your mind, body and breath to yourself and nature. All bodies and experience levels welcome. This experience will be up to 120 minutes -10 minute introduction -100 minute private yoga instruction and easy hiking -10 minute chatting and sipping juice

Wear clothing comfortable to practice yoga and shoes for light hiking.
Its raining! Will we still hike? The Pacific Northwest weather is fickle. Generally the rain is light enough to still enjoy many outdoor adventures with the proper clothing and an adventurous spirit.
