The tasting will be happening in Georgetown, a historical place full of all types of culinary influence and local dessert shops. The tasting meetup point will be PAUL(1078 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007), the oldest franchised bakery in France. I will be purchasing dessert/bread prior to our gathering from the shops listed below: - Laduree: chic innovative dessert shop specializes in making macaroon - Georgetown Cupcakes: famous American-style cupcake shops known for their various flavors - Boulangerie Christopher: an authentic french bakery who serves fresh diverse viennoise - Un je ne sais quoi: a family-style French bakery serving traditional french pastry - Pie Sisters: American-style pie shops serve delicious hand-made crust savory/sweet pie I will choose one item from each shop based on the best seller and seasonal items also your allergy as well. Everyone will be getting one item per shop or an individual sharing if the item can't be made individual size.
