Sri Lankan food is flavourful, spicy, colourful and incredibly delicious. You will definitely crave it when you are back athome. So, here’s an opportunity to learn more about Sri Lankan cuisine and to pick up a few great recipes! Join us on the Culinary Story experience to learn about local ingredients and how to turn them into delectable dishes, so that you will always have a part of Sri Lanka with you. Meet me at our studio kitchen where I will get to know all your dietary preferences, we will take a short stroll to the local market where we can interact with the vendors and see what kind of food we can prepare that afternoon. Once back at our kitchen, we'll cool down with an extra large serving of my home made iced tea and start cooking. Each participant will have their own cooking station with your own utensils. My co host and I will be teaching you the foundation of Sri Lankan cooking and i promise to not hold back on my arsenal of dad jokes. All the necessary food prep will be done in advance so you can maximize your time learning the art of our cuisine, instead of wasting time cleaning onions. we will all sit down for a hearty eating session and you're more than welcome to bring your own beers. We try our best to keep our experience a zero single use plastic one. We look forward to showing you our secrets to this much loved Sri Lankan cuisine
