Starting in a distinctive spot in Palermo neighborhood, we will enjoy an "aperitivo" to get the night started and open our appetite. Next, we will walk around some local spots in Palermo so you know the roots of the neighborhood and then sample some wines and local tapas in a stunning restaurant. We will then make our way across the main streets in Palermo until we arrive to a local staple known as a "bodegon". This restaurant has been in Palermo since 1950's and it was completely refurbished recently so we can enjoy the classic Argentine flavors with a modern twist. This is one outstanding location with a history that must be shared to keep the traditions alive. Our last spot is in Palermo Viejo, so you can sample the traditional "barrio" vibe in Buenos Aires. Here we will try go out of our way to surprise with novel Argentine meat and a dessert that is the best expression of Dulce de Leche. Of course if you have any dietary restrictions, don't worry! We will accommodate to your needs, just let us know. By the end, you will have eaten great food, drank wonderful wine and learned about Buenos Aires and Palermo in great company
I'm the Co-founder of Sherpa food Tours in BA and I'm also the guide who will show you around beautiful and tasteful restaurants in town. I've eaten my way through all of BA and I want to share my knowledge of the city's food scene with everyone. After graduating as an economist and spending years working for large companies and later the family business I decided to quit everything and pursuit my passion. I love spending time with people from across the globe and sharing insights about Argentine life and I believe that the best way to get to know a culture is through its food, wine and people. Join us and have a beautiful time!

Meeting Point is in Honduras 5288, C1414 BMV, Buenos Aires, Argentina at 5.00 PM! This lively place will embark us on a journey across local culture in a modern, almost melancholic way, where the traditions of Buenos Aires are kept alive in spite of modern rapture. All of the restaurants we will visit next share that: The owners wish to save the traditions by adding a modern twist that manages to pay homage to the original
