You will learn the basic wheel throwing ceramic/pottery making, create your own ceramic with the shape you wish. In this class you will learn the hand technique and wheel machine to form the shape you want, from 750 gram clay in to ceramic you want. From this class you can bring home your creation( limit in to 3 best creation). The Class begin with the scaling and kneading the clay and using the wheel throwing machine and basic knowledge of the machine and hand balancing while it form in to the shape you wish to make.
I'm grew up in the Ceramic Making Family in Bali and deepen my knowledge in high school with the basic Ceramic Subject and ISI ( Institute Art Indonesia) for Ceramic and Pottery Art. I been experiencing with the different technique including the Japanese Nerikomi Ceramic as well as trying using different soil and combination technique for pottery. I been doing this for more than 7 years and loved to share with you my knowledge and expertise on Ceramic and Pottery making. This class is for beginner which is call wheel throwing ceramic basic class.
We will provide one bottle of water for one guest with 500 ml and Balinese Traditional Drink of Daluman.
We provide all material for the class such as clay, Wheel machine to use, water for ceramic building, cutting or shaping…
You will learn this in our own workshop and factory where we use in daily activity. In this factory you will also see the oven and display of my creation. This workshop and factory is belong to my family business. Located in Guwang, Gianyar- bali where art is part of our daily life and most of people doing carving and painting.

This class is using clay and mostly it will make dirt in the shirt, even we use apron. If you wish to bring home your creation in to final product, we can help you glaze and bake in to combustion process, additional charge will apply and takes 1 to 14 days.
