Ever wondered how to dial up your morning coffee into a flavour fiesta? We'll show you how to unlock flavour with a food and coffee pairing. And at the end of the tasting, you'll get a box of single origin coffee to take home! In this tasting workshop we'll be tasting three drinks, two single origin coffees and a cascara tea and guiding their flavour profiles through a food pairing. Each liquid element will be presented with a delicious food item utilising the exceptional local produce of the Sunshine Coast. Each item will come with a card of information on country and region of origin, processing and flavour profile. Through our sensory journey, you will be able to take away a new appreciation for the flavour potential of coffee and tea beyond a humble morning ritual.
We are the team behind Groundskeeper Willie Coffee Roasters. My husband and I have been coffee roasting for close to five years and are passionate about sharing the secret behind great coffee. We have traveled the world sourcing incredible coffee and learning about coffee production at its origin. We started our journey roasting coffee in Vancouver, Canada where we won several awards including several silver medals at North America's largest coffee roasting competition. We are now roasting coffee on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and want to share our knowledge and love for coffee with visitors to the region.

We will conduct the workshop inside an operating coffee roastery, tucked away in a hidden industrial estate, just four blocks from Moffat Beach.
