I will teach you in a practical way to make some of the most representative dishes of our kitchen, so you can see how easy and fun it can be to do it and so you can impress your friends when you return home. You will be surprised that the authentic home cooking has little to do, in most cases, with the idea we have about some dishes and that are very easy to make. You will have at your disposal the recipes, although as always the magic is in learning those little tricks that make the difference. Once the preparations are made, we can taste them, accompanied by one of our most traditional festive drinks: sangria.
Born and raised in Madrid, since I was a child I have felt a great vocation for cooking and passion for the flavors of my land. After completing my cooking studies at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Madrid and conducting many postgraduate courses, I worked as head chef in several restaurants inside and outside the country. For several years now, I teach cooking classes both in cooking schools and in a particular way. Nowadays i run my own cooking school. I have also organized countless themed cooking workshops as well as high-end catering. But what I have always liked the most is cooking for my friends at home, while we chat and enjoy a good company. So the best way to make real Spanish cuisine known is to teach how to make it.
