We will start with a brief guided mindfulness/meditation then hike the trail learning a little of the history and gently exploring the native flora. The experience itself is about the hike. We will stop periodically to forest bathe. At the end of our hike we will enjoy a brief celebratory tea experience.
Life vest when hiking near water
We will meet at Edwin Warner Park Nature Center and hike the Candy-cane connector to Mossy Ridge trail loop. Our first scheduled stop will be Quiet Point for a brief forest bathing and restful moment. Moving on we will pass by a lazy waterfall and an old chimney left over from the late 19th century. There will be plenty of picture taking moments and a great workout through the experience.
