As a mother, I perfectly know that even the best place ever visited with a hungry or bored child can quickly become the worst experience. That is why I want to give the families the chance to visit the city uniquely, by knowing how to enjoy Alicante with children and offering the opportunity to merge the eating, relaxing and playing time. We will take a trip that will allow us to see not only the crystal clear sea, long golden beaches and breathtaking landscapes. We will walk with the children in Alicante and its surroundings, touching unconventional spots of the City of Light. We will eat traditional Spanish and Italian dishes, too.
After leaving my bank job in Italy, I also left my country and came in Alicante to continue my journey with a new lifestyle. Currently, I am an Airbnb host in El Campello, and I am happy to receive guests from all over the world by speaking Spanish, French, English and Italian. From my arrival in the “City of Light” in 2016 and travelling around the city as a photographer, I soon realized that Alicante could offer families a perfect mix of wonderful climate, food and many recreational areas for children. After settling in the city, I with my son and a camera around the neck discovered that Alicante could also be distinguished for being kids friendly and not only enchanting for its golden beaches and crystal clear sea.
We will take an intriguing walking tour through the places in the centre of Alicante. After a little break eating a small Spanish snack, we will go to a Museum of big monuments in wood and white cork. Then, we will move to Playa San Juan by tram to eat a tasty Neapolitan dish. At the end of lunch, children will enjoy an old wooden installation on the beach.
