The walking meditation session begins at the meeting point from which we walk for a few minutes to a nice park were we start the meditation. The walking meditation takes place in the valley of Laugardalur in Reykjavik, for example in the botanical garden. It takes also place by the sea side when it is more suitable based on weather, view and visibility.
