The Cooking Class will take place at Villa Mallandrino -an ancient historic homes- in the porch overlooking the sea, in front of the stunning view of Mondello gulf.
You’ll learn how to cook an entire sicilian meal from starter, first course (pasta), second course (meat or fish) and a typical dessert, as cassata or cannoli, as well as to pair each dish with the right wine.
At the end of the Cooking Class all the food cooked during the class will be eaten in the front porch facing the sea or in the big and suggestive lounge area with the original chimney.
During the Cooking Class and the meal there will be a special tasting of selected Sicilian wines.
The experience is a total sicilian food experience based on real sicilian taste.
Other things to note
You don't need at all to be an expert chef! This Cooking Class is for everybody, to share a taste of sicilian traditions and to spend good time together!

I'm a Super Host and the owner of Villa Mallandrino, special location overlooking the gulf of Mondello. I love the sicilian food and my traditions, so I decided to organize awesome fully cooking experience in the porch of the Villa. I have the collaboration of an Expert Chef, specialized in Cooking Class, home dinners and specially expert in desserts and sicilan typical food. Both of us love people and sharing experiences.

We’ll be at Villa Mallandrino, beautiful and suggestive location overlooking the gulf of Mondello.
One of the oldest and most aristocratic families lived there.
With the respect of the original architecture in mind, Villa Mallandrino has been recently divided in six wonderful apartments, that hosts people from all over the world.

- When we saw and booked the cooking experience we hoped the experience would be good! Instead we found that it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience that we would do again and hope that others will try since we will when we return! The personal touches, hands on experience and outstanding personal communication during the process was world class! Now the end result was the food and it was fantastic due to the guidance of the Master Chef and our ability to help prepare! I would suggest this experience to everyone to participate in true Sicilian cooking and eating!
- The menu was perfect and really taught us how to cook traditional Sicilian dishes that were delicious!! The professional chef was a great teacher as well as fun and engaging. As guests of the Villa as well, it was wonderful to be able to just walk right out of our door and have the class. Would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone and everyone!!
