This is a fully home-style experience where my guests will learn how to make a crispy dosa (Indian rice crepe) stuffed with masala and also get immersed in the aroma of a spiced milk chai (tea) loaded with local spices from my homeland. My guests will also learn how to make delicious coconut chutney and the recipes for all the dishes will be shared with them. I will also be sharing my expertise in draping the saree and dhoti (traditional Indian attire for men and women respectively) Guests will also be served with sambar (lentil soup) with the dosa. The spice level will be adjusted based on the guests' preference.

Almond milk will be used instead of dairy for the tea making session for our Vegan guests.
The experience will be hosted in my downtown apartment with stunning views of the city and a very relaxed environment.
