During 3 hours we prepare FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISÙ made from the beginning to the end by the participants, with the guidance and explanation of the chef. We will start by sourcing ingredients to understand seasonality and freshness, we will create a traditional, seasonal and gourmet meal in our home kitchen. Every lesson is hand crafted specially for what your dietary needs and what the farmers brought in that day. After the preparation of the dishes you will enjoy the 3 course meal, pairing the food with a glass of wine that we offer At the end of the lesson you receive the recipes to reproduce at home together with your friends and family.
Paola is a Chef, formed in Florence in culinary arts, with a master in Italian cuisine. Her working experience in different restaurants in Italy and the knowledge and skills that she has obteined along her studies and carreer allow her to transmit and share the passion with those who are willing to cook and learn how to create amazing Italian dishes. Benedetto, her boyfriend, has worked for many years in Restaurants as Maitre; he will help Paola in her purpose with the same passion and dedication. During the lessons we create a menu of 3 courses based on seasonality an tradition, at the end of the class the participants will enjoy the meal with a glass of wine.
