We will start at Walmart Macroplaza and we will walk to our home where we have created a small Mexican restaurant. You'll be greeted with a welcome drink or agua fresca. Roy will explain how to pick the best ingredients and have you start by making 2 or 3 salsas. Next we will start by making a standard masa (dough) to create sopes, tortillas, and other Mexican food goodies. All the ingredients, cooked and seasons meat, beans, cheese, and sometimes vegetarian options are provided for each dish we make. The class will provide you tips and tricks, and even more ideas for creating more authentic Mexican food. This will be a real Mexican experience! We provide recipes of the masa and salsas digitally.
Roy has been running an authentic Mexican food business for over 30 years. The recipes used in the class have been passed down for generations.
