Guests will board sailboat DAFFY at a private residence on the New River Fort Lauderdale. Our cruises are four hours and come back to the same dock. Guests bring what they want to eat and drink. The boat trip to the ocean is about an hour. We pass through the historic waterfront and see dozens of millionaires homes and yachts. You'll be in awe of the beautiful tropical landscaped backyards. Continuing on through the Port Everglades Cruise Port with magnificent ships and into the ocean where we'll turn off the engine and put up the sails. Take a turn at the wheel, be on the lookout for porpoises, sea turtles, or maybe a manatee. Lay out on the deck of the boat for a suntan, go down below for a snooze. Swimming and snorkeling weather dependent. The boat has on board bathroom, air conditioning, and all safety equipment and flotation devices. The DAFFY is a great place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, graduation or just to take out of town guests.
