This 3-hour guided walking tour, with 5 tasting locations showcases the passionate food community residing in Old Quebec. Each stop is its own unique foodie universe: from a rustic sugar-shack style experience to a gin distillery, historic 200-year old house and traditional French bakery! The food tastings you’ll enjoy are enough to fill you up like a hearty, satisfying lunch… so be sure to bring your appetite! Some examples of the bites are: a delicious twist on traditional Québécois pea soup and pâté chinois, a decadent mac and cheese, croissants, maple taffy, sucre à la crème… and more! Historic & Cultural Experience – Much more than just a food tour! In between delicious bites, we stop at a variety of historical landmarks and unique Old Quebec sights. We’ll take you to City Hall Gardens, a restored Monastery, and much more! As we walk through the winding streets, we will speckle your tour with the city’s quirky and sometimes surprising history! The result is an immersive experience of Old Quebec, both delicious and informative!

Our tour starts at la Bûche with a 3-course tasting of pea soup, «pâté chinois» and maple taffy on snow. Then, onto Paillard Bakery for the best croissant in town! At Beclub Bistro you'll enjoy a Québécois mac n' cheese paired with wine. Discover a traditional holiday desert at Chez Boulay Comptoir Boréal. We finish the tour at Maison Livernois with Quebec's most notorious dish, the «poutine» paired with an extra gin tasting.
