You will Shop with us in one of our historic and traditional markets in Marrakesh Medina and then join us to cook with us one of the best chefs in Marrakesh. You will learn how to prepare some of our favourite Moroccan dishes in fun atmosphere. After the tour of the local vegetable market will walk through tiny medieval streets to Karima's kitchen, located in the old Medina. You’ll be part of the family for a day and you will discover how Karima make her special dishes and make people happy with her cooking in an emphasis on creating a friendly workshop atmosphere in smaller groups and providing a hands-on cooking experience where you can master the basics of Moroccan cooking in a teach interactive atmosphere. Karima will teach you the class in French and Hassan translates everything into English. Our Program for the : 17h00: Head out to the local oven and Local Vegetable market. 18h- 19h30: Cooking you favourite dishes 20h30: Dinner feasting You'll learn to make 3 salads, a delicious Tagine, a fruit dessert and Moroccan mint tea! With karima, you will trace the roots of Moroccan cuisine back in time through different regions, learn a lot about Moroccan history, social life and traditions. Find out what not to miss. At the end of your dinner feast, we will send you all the recipes to perhaps make a nice Moroccan Dinner for friends or family.
I'm the instructor chef and I come from a long line of passionate food lovers in my family. In fact, I really enjoy cooking class so much as instructor events Cooking Marrakech for more than seven years. I quit my job as a Hotel manager and plan to do this cooking class experiences throw Airbnb to share it full-time by hosting workshops.I'm also interested in meeting nice people they interested in home cooking food And I love to share what I know about Moroccan food.
