The experience begins with a brief history about graffiti and its origins. The role it’s played in fashion and fine art. Then we will move on to making graffiti art. Mostly it will be on graffiti hats, but can change to canvases or sneakers depending on the guests requests. All art works will be kept by guests.
I am an owner of a Art Store in the Times Square area. I have been a professional artist for the past 9 years. I’ve hosted countless of art events and have a passion for teaching others. I have a great deal of knowledge about graffiti history and spreading that with others. I offer a simple breakdown of graffiti techniques that all ages can comprehend and enjoy.
Graffiti hats and or Canvases, also all writing supplies such as paint and paint markers.
We will be at the 6th Avenue shopping court, in a scenic and semi private space sorrounded by graffiti art in the Times Square area, a short distance to various subway stations. It is very close to the M train off the 42nd street and Bryant Park stop, also the 7 train. There is also the Times Square Station which is a very short walk to the location.
