Going into summer and great weather , we will be on the Deck, where the table will be set up for up to 4 guests.
A beautiful view will be the first thing they notice as we are up quite high.
Guests will sample a selection of cheeses
and wine - It will be a set menu for each guest each time
Other things to note
As long as you make it up our somewhat steep driveway you will be fine - and safe!

This experience is a wine and cheese tasting - Having worked in different BNB’s and restaurants I feel I have good knowledge of wine and what goes with what, when accompanied with food (in this case cheeses) I have done a cheese making course because it was something I was always interested in ,and I learned a lot . Also studied commercial cooking a few years ago .

We will visit Bella Blue which is our accomodation and guests will be able to see what is available for booking and how the rooms are etc (look before they book) Afterwards depending on how the weather is behaving, we will be outside on the deck - with an amazing view, or if to cold, inside near the cosy open fire.

Karin truely went above and beyond for my partner and I given the Covid restrictions. Her food was incredible and her choices of wine were even better! It was such a lovely homey environment with a spectacular view. I could not fault the experience. I’ve recommended her to all of my friends interested in visiting the Dandenong ranges!
