Would yo like to learn how to cook a real Paella and Sangría? You will learn all that needs to cook authentic paella in this compact, informative, casual yet delicious class. Our recipes are made with the freshest and local ingredients, all of them, are coming from the market, we will know where and how to reach them. Our event consists in a Master class of how to cook the Paella and Sangria fron the best chef and Barman in the market. We are going to show you the procedures and stages of a communal Paella, like a real Spanish family, and that paella will be served also for other clients as a restaurant, (we do not touch the ingredients for hygenic controls). Do not miss the chance to learn how a real Paella in a restaurant should be done. We'll take a small tour along the market to show you all the ingredients as we could find them in the market, while the Paella on the stove, at the same time will get the Mastre class from Gabi (Barman) to make the Sangría! I had graduated in Swiss Hotel Management 20 years ago, and toghether with best chef localy (PACO) His Paella is recognice as one of the best in twon for many years. I have the honnor the share the best master chef class. In wich you will be able to know how to make a good Paella in a unique place with a perfect enviroment and the best quality products in twon. Also as a tip, we will have the chance to make the best Sangría together with and Expert Barman like (Gabi). The Paella master class will held in a Bar and you do not need to cook aswell, by local law is not allowed to cook without cook licence! Paco, Gabi and I will guide you during the cooking class, you just need to learn and enjoy, no need to manipulate any ingredient. We´ll start with a (mise en place) at the Paco´s kitchen, then will get into the market itself to identify all the ingredients, see how to find the highest quality, checking step by step through the spots and trying some wine in the meanwhile, discover the olive oil and explore the market as a local. After that, we will get back to Gabi´s bar to create the best Sangria in twon!
