Book now to come and join our Organic Buckwheat Sourdough Class. Guests welcomed on arrival by with a glass of alkaline water or herbal tea. Class will begin with making dough. Whilst bread is proving we will learn how to make a sourdough starter and have an introduction to sour dough history and gluten free techniques Then we bake bread!!!
I am an Eco Chef with 15 years experience. Focussing mainly in sustainability and using products that are organic and locally farmed. Being gluten free myself I have spent years trying to find bread that was organic and without lots of emulsifiers and additives. So I went on bread making quest to create a delicious, healthy bread that was springy and didn’t fall apart!
