We will gather at the workout location, will run you through a warm-up procedure and the basic movements of the workout such as lunges, burpees, squats, etc. After the warm-up is done, we will jump right into it and get started with our high intensity training. This includes exercises focusing on strength, speed, agility, explosiveness or conditioning. At the end of the workout, there will be a competition to test our boundaries followed by a cool-down stretch.
Matthias is the host of SHREDDED, he will guide you through the "workout with locals" training sessions. Matthias used to be a professional athlete and is now sharing his passion and enthusiasm with people in Zurich, which SHREDDED has taken over within the last years. He has helped people lose weight, build muscle, increase stamina, improve their body shape and most importantly, to have fun. He will make you sweat and reach your physical as well as mental boundaries, but he will also teach you the importance of team-work.

We host our workouts at various locations. One of them is the largest outdoor sports facility in the heart of Zurich, Sportplatz Sihlhölzli near the train station Wiedikon. Running tracks or soccer field, are only a few elements this prominent sports facility has to offer. The facility can be reached via public transport in 6 minutes from Paradeplatz or the train station. Our inside location, for the winter months is near wiedikon train station
Please bring a towel and sporty clothes. If it rains, the training will take place indoors and the information will be sent to you in advance.
