I have been working as a chef since 26 years in Austria and abroad. Since 4 Years I am running my cooking school in Salzburg Old Town. I teach authentic Austrian dishes. I love traveling and meet different cultures and people.
Demonstration of Apple Strudelmaking by the chef. Guests make there own Apple Strudel in groups up to four people. Demonstration of the Vanille Kipferl by the chef. Every guest make there own Vanille Kipferl. The guests get served a goulash soup for lunch (or lentil stew as a vegetarian option) and then there own cooked apple strudel and Salzburger Nockerl.
Every food which will be cooked will be served.
All necessary kitchen equipment and aprons.
The Klausentor was the city border in the 18th century and the Kaverne was serving as the Tollgate to the old town. The 500 years old cave, engraved in the Mönchsberg mountain spread an unique and scenic charme to its visitors. The location is in the city center.
