Surfas Culinary District is the oldest restaurant supply store in LA. They recently opened this new location and Noel is inaugurating their Test Kitchen by teaching pizza classes and doing monthly pop-ups. The neighborhood of Arlington Heights is definitely up and coming with lots of independent art galleries/studios and other early signs of gentrification. Also, the location is conveniently located just a two-minute drive from the 10 Fwy.
