I'm a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education. I have worked for 1 of the top catering companies in New York, and have even had the awesome opportunity to cook in the famous James Beard House in NYC. I bring both my heritage from the Caribbean (Antigua) and southern flavors together with what I have learned from my travels, other chefs and in school to create delicious dishes.

You will be greeted with a delicious complimentary Caribbean themed beverage made with rum. I will introduce you to island music while you enjoy a hands on instructed cooking experience of making your very own authentic Caribbean meal including dessert. I will supply the recipes for you to have the opportunity to recreate the deliciousness for your loved ones.
