What can be more unique than sharing food in a local home prepared by me, a professional cook. Perhaps right after you finish a walking tour and wanting to relax with a refreshing drink. So, we will start with a Pisco Sour or a glass of wine and then dive into a three course meal. I will take you to some places in Chile in a preparation involving our wonderful seafood like Salmon Austral or oysters from Chiloé or perhaps a tender roasted beef in Carmenere sauce. For dessert a very special fruit "Lucuma or Chirimoya " that is unique to this part of the world served in a classic Parfait. Great conversation, share a few tips on where to go and what to do and of course a couple of pictures to remember this unique experience.
