First of all, I will describe about what kind of herbals we do always use for doing hot compress and how to do and make it.
Secondly, I will teach you an easy technique of how to do a hot compress massage, and what we should avoide and other awareness we need to concern before doing and after doing massage.
Absolutelly at the end, i will teach you about how to do head and shoulder massage too. Believe me after finished taking this class, i do believe that my students can go home with their confident and be able to take care of their own family memeber very well.
Special only for this class, if you do have time, i do welcome you to try our herbal parvilion (for about 15-20 mins). You will smell the sense of herbals. You will feel more relax and get fresh after taking it. This is previously Thai people loves to do it at the old times. It is once a great experience in life you should try. I do belive you will love it :)

I am a Thai people who addited in herbal medical treatment. I do love to introduce our Thai herbals to other interested people. I do believe that to harmonize our group of family, each family member should help each other. It can't deny that caring is one of the best way to show love and respectation. From young people to old people, wife to husband and also husband to wife. Therefore, it is not useless, to try some experiences in learning how to take care of our beloved people. In this class, I will teach you how to do a herbal compress, and some massage technique. Basically, I will focus on using hot compress technique and how to do head and shoulder massage as the main. Also, I do offer parcitipation people to try our herbal pavillion. Inside the pavillion you can smell the herbals, get fresh, enjoy and relax it.

We will taking our workshop at Baan Anodat (by the river side). To get there, you can set up your google map to the "River Villa" and the Baan Anodat is nearby the river villa for about 3 minutes driving. Baan Anodat is under Jedsadabadintr bridge and if you go by MRT, you can exit at MRT Yak Nonthaburi. Then you can take taxi or Tuk Tuk. Charge should not more than 40-50 THB.
