We will make any TWO of the traditional dishes from various countries but with an special twist to them -
- BBQ Kebabs with coriander and mint marination
- Mumbai Street Sandwich
- "No-Cheese" Pasta
- Vegetarian Tacos
- "Desi" Burger
- Sweet & Spicy Savory Cake

I cooking class will be at my apartment, which has a fully equipped kitchen with up-to date appliances. This experience will make you feel at "Home" and enjoy the evening chit-chatting, eating and learning new dishes.

What an AMAZING experience. If you have an open mind, enjoy great company and enjoy Indian cuisine... This would be an excellent night! Aakash is great at what he’s doing here and is accompanied by his teammate Sheilee. Great personalities and great conversations. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED and so looking forward to doing it AGAIN!
