If you want to experience Romanian food in an authentic interwar flat sign up for this exeprience. I am preparing a three course meal ( apetizer, main dish a signature dessert) that I serve at a seated dinner. You can enjoy your dinner with matching drinks. I live in a classical interwar Bucharest flat, which is the best stage for my food and (his)stories of the city.

I'm a historian with a passion for cooking. I love to share food with others, I put a lot of energy in finding the perfect wine to go with the dishes I am preparing and I have plenty of stories about Romanians and their food habits. My cooking is based on inhereted cooking recipes from my grandma. Most of the fruit and veggies that I use come from a garden outside of Bucharest that I keep together with friends.

I am hosting the dinner in our cozy and atmospheric flat in Bucharest city center. We will meet at Gradina Icoanei park and we will walk together to my flat while I will share with you the history of this part of town. I am keen on making sure that each dinner party is unique and that all guests will enjoy their time.
