We will meet in the working cute bar which we opened and set up together with my partner. We will go through cocktails history, mixology and main ingredients used. We will learn about building, mixing, stirring, shaking, layering and muddling - everything you need to know to make a great cocktail to enjoy yourself or impress your guests with something special. Everyone will make a few own cocktails using different techniques, including Negroni, Dry Martini, Whiskey sour, and others depend on the ingredients we have for the day. We brew our own kombucha as a non-alcoholic option and we will briefly talk about that and try it on ice. We will talk about fruits and berries vodka infusions and will have a tasting of the infusion we work on.

I am foodie, foraging, fermentation and biodynamically veg and fruits growing enthusiast. At some point, I met Nikita who is fond of artisan techniques of infusions and extractions as well as distilling so we started researching together what we can do in London, while our gin distilling/vodka infusions project is on the way, we found this beautiful historical arch next to Deptford railroad station which we could not pass by. So we opened the bar which is also our lab where we try different techniques, play with ingredients and find some unique flavors, textures, and combinations.
