We are going to visit one of the 'special nature reserves' of Gran Canaria, in the heart of Firgas. We start our hiking at the abandoned spa (dated in 1868) and our path is going to be circular. During the first part, we will follow the water course on our way up. The second part is easier since is walking down the path most of the time. At this point, in the middle of the second part, we will stop to have our lunch and rest for a while, enjoying of this beautiful landscape.
My name is Juanjo, I live in the south of Gran Canaria and I am very passionate about hiking routes through beautifull natural landscapes, allways with full respect to the enviroment, that's why I take every chance I have to scape to visit this very special canarian nature. I have some other 'experiences' on Airbnb and also on my website. I am guiding people on hikings since 2017 and on my own since I was 17 y.o. This is a new one that I would like to show you.
We will trekking along the ravine, wich is one of the most beautful ones in Gran Canaria, located nex to Firgas and we will enjoy a healthy vegan meal for recover our energy and rest a few minutes. After our lunch we are ready to keep walking, we don't need to turn back since the path is circular.
