We'll provide a detailed description of how to make fish Ceviche in Lima and to prepare the ingredients the correct way. You’ll prepare the ingredients with direction and help. In this class, you’ll also learn about Peruvian roots, ceviche history and how important ceviche has been to our culture. Once the food is ready we'll enjoy what you've prepared with your own hands!
I've lived in Peru and traveled my entire life, and I've been able to taste some of the best dishes in the world. I wanted to learn a bit more and took classes on how to make fish Ceviche in Lima to find the different ways to prepare this dish perfectly. Ceviche and its preparation are what I consider an "art form" and I love sharing my knowledge and expertise by teaching ceviche classes. All who take the class do it to understand not only how to cook but also, the history, memories, and the love that’s behind it. I’ve been teaching ceviche classes for 5 years now and I couldn't enjoy what I do more!

We'll be using a very private space with a spacious garden view and a relaxing environment to enjoy a sense of full peace and calm while learning how to make the ultimate ceviche. A chill soundtrack will be played to cheer the experience up!
