*Poblano and Mexican by birth, I formed as a child in my grandmother kitchen and later I studied the Culinary Bachelor , where I acquired for 5 years specialized knowledge about all the cuisine of the world and especially mine, the Mexican. *Passionate about gastronomic world and my culture, I love sharing with all people whether national or foreign, my extensive knowledge about the cuisine of my region, its ingredients, techniques and flavors My co-host Roi Téllez He is a chef with more than 15 years of experience and 4 years preparing vegetable cuisine he has cooked for different parts of the world such as Spain, Chile, Austria and Dubai, within Mexico to collaborated with experienced chefs that contribute focused on his particular style of making different vegetarian dishes every week.
