During the lesson, I will reveal to you all the secrets of traditional egg pasta in our region. Starting from the scratch, with just a few simple ingredients and tools, you will prepare by your own hands two different types of local pasta – tortelli d’erbetta (filled with ricotta and chards) and tagliatelle or farfalle with tomato sauce. You will not only learn the tricks in preparing the fresh dough and different pasta condiments but also discover some of the local traditions connected to the dishes we will prepare. Get ready to get your hands dirty and have fun! Once your amazing meal is ready, you will enjoy what you prepared matched with a glass of local wine. After the class is finished, you will receive your own participation certificate and complimentary apron together with the recipes, so you could amaze your friends and family with authentic Italian pasta made by your hands.
I’m born and raised Italian, and despite my young age, it is already 10 years that I’m working as a cook. I consider it’s one of the most beautiful works in the world and that’s why in April 2017, together with my girlfriend Selene, we’ve opened a small bar&bistro in Parma city centre where we are offering breakfasts and lunches.
