We are Sarah and Dirk, the owners of Marshall's Haute Sauce. We will guide you through a tasting of our unique line of sauces, including Habanero Carrot Curry, Serrano Ginger Lemongrass, Smoked Habanero Barbecue, and Ghost Chili Apple. We will tell you how each sauce is made and where and why we chose those particular combinations.
You will arrive at our commercial home kitchen. We will show you where and how we make our sauces. We will then sit to discuss and taste the full line of sauces we make—usually 8 to 10 in rotation at a time. We will tell you all about what we do and why we do it!
