The local supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away and just a short walk to the historic market town centre of Waltham Abbey with a lovely array of shops and Lee Valley Country Park. A 5 minute drive to Junction 26 of the M25 or a 10 minute drive takes you to Waltham Cross Station (traffic dependant).
