"The Roost" is rustic but not primitive treehouse 2 hrs south of St Louis near Wappapello Lake. Yes it has indoor plumbing & running water. Accommodates two adults, has a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast items are provided for you to cook. Surrounded by thousands of acres of national forest. Observe wildlife sightings from the deck while soaking in the hot tub, sleep comfortably in a queen size pillowtop Serta bed on a Motion Air base, and relax as you enjoy the ambience of the fireplace.

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. The Highland Hideaway is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Four of the cutest fuzzy cows live here! A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. There is a second home on the property that can also be booked.
