Our place is a private beach house. Therefore no overcrowding. Right now, we only rent out 2 rooms, both facing the sea. If you’re looking for a quiet & private place to rest & relax, I believe you’ll enjoy your stay there. There’s a common kitchen, separate from the main house, where you may cook or prepare your meals. For a minimal fee, our caretakers may also go to the market, prepare and cook Filipino food for you. When you come, treat the place as yours. Mi Casa, Su Casa. (smiley)

PLEASE READ! This villa can accommodate up to 20 adults., up to 2 children are free of charge provided they will be sharing the existing bedS. The price indicated is per floor. A minimum of 8 pax is required to be able to book either the bottom or top floor. For 8 pax, 2 brm will be allocated, 15 pax will be 3 brm and 20 pax is 4 brm. The villa is not shared with any other group. Up to 2 pets are free of charge.
