It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, 1/2 bath and access to the balcony. The washer and dryer are located in the walk-out basement. This is a good way to access the walking trail behind the duplex.
