Mountainside Abode

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located family friendly abode. Nestled at the top of a highly desired mountainside neighborhood, our apartment is attached to a larger home. There is a private entrance, outdoor seating, and a gorgeous view! Our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a Keurig, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen gadgets such as serving spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, dishes, and a full set of pots and pans.

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful little get away. Soak in the deep tub after a long day hiking the beautiful Juneau trails. Spend time connecting with friends online or watching your favorite show. This little one bedroom gem is known for the comfort of the bed, and also has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is small but fully stocked for cooking a full size meal. If you arriving on a late flight and are starving with no place to go…no worries we have comfort food to fill the tummy

Eagle’s Nest

Relax in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a full laundry. Enjoy riverfront sunsets from the open-air covered deck, 25 feet above the ground. The bedroom has top/down, bottom/up black out window shades for a peaceful rest and there’s a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 total guests. It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year. The apartment is one of two on the top level.

25 mins to chairlift & 5 mins to downtown, with access to an amazing beach, a Jacuzzi hot tub time machine, Rancho Balsaccò North is central to both downtown Juneau & to pubs, food & historical hikes in Douglas. Walk the beach, watch the eagles, look for jumping fish with a fantastic view of Juneau. Ground level private entrance, comfortable new Queen bed & blackout blinds make it easy to sleep to the sound of the creek. The private road to our small beach front neighborhood adds to the charm.

Conveniently located just minutes from the Juneau International Airport and downtown areas, Fred Meyer and Starbucks just down the road! Individual climate control units with heat and AC. Beautiful countertops, top of the line appliances, washer/dryer in the enormous master closest, cozy King sized bed and giant TV. The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed, and there are twin/full air mattresses in case you need to squeeze another kiddo or friend in there. You will love this brand new condo!

AKNS Ocean View Room

The AKNS Ocean View Room is a 400 square foot studio. It includes a queen bed, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator & microwave, and a small table with 2 chairs. Wireless internet is included along with a smart HD streaming TV (no subscriptions). The bathroom has a tiled shower, towels & a hairdryer. It has a spectacular view of the ocean and our gardens. Its own entrance is down a short boardwalk from your off-street parking with easy access to the beach and our beach-front gazebo.

Located in a quiet neighborhood downtown close to grocery stores, museums, hiking trails, tourist shops, etc. Fully stocked kitchen and brand new bed, appliances, etc. In floor radiant heat to keep you toasty. Living space is small but has everything you need for a comfortable Juneau home base.

Perched in the woods out the road in Juneau this new and unique yurt is the perfect ‘off the beaten path’ getaway. The 24’ yurt is outfitted with a queen bed, table, comfy chairs, kitchen, and heater. There is a warm outdoor shower and toilet in the bathhouse. Think glam camping, but with drive up convenience and a local down to earth family to host you.
