UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? Boat rental within walking distance at the end of our street. We do NOT take responsibility for third-party boat rentals.

Bluebird Trails

This is a rare opportunity to be the only guests on a secluded 220 acres of gentle hills with grasslands interspersed with trees and ponds. Explore natural ecosystems and witness sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and behind that are honeybees. Your family may participate in any and all of it. The newly renovated apartment is the upstairs of my farmhouse. It includes a private entrance, full kitchen and deck overlooking the lake.

Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly place. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

Get away to the quiet of a lake and all that nature has to offer! Enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Little Pleasant Lake while soaking in a steaming hot tub in complete isolation. Fishing is possible year round (bring your own pole). Hike the miles of area trails in fall leaves or quiet snow. Light a bonfire after games of corn-hole and table tennis. Unwind on the upstairs balcony after dark and drink in the sounds of the lake and woods. This is the escape you’ve been needing.

This property is the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun packed day of water sports. Located on a quiet 80 acre spring fed lake, the options are limitless. The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks (the fishing is awesome here!) and 1 paddle board. Outside you will find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water. After a nice day on the water the 65 inch Samsung TV and 7 speaker surround sound are ready for a movie night.
