Horse Farm- 20 min from Downtown Atl and Airport

Lovely, comfortable, Luxury Rv nestled on a beautiful, 5 acre horse farm right outside of Atlanta and 20 min from the Airport! Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery and watch the horses play! Please ase note that staying at the farm does NOT include riding the horses or RV hook-ups. Riding lessons are set up exclusively through Foundation Farms Atlanta. RV is loaded with bells and whistles, a 5min walk through upon arrival will also be included to help make your time visiting smooth and comfy!

Scamp Camper in Stone Mtn Park! Or other site

Have you ever wanted to see if the "Scamp" life is for you? YOU WILL NEED to rent a campsite at Stone Mountain Park yourself and then I will come set up the camper for you! (This fee is SEPARATE from my fee to rent the Scamp) Campsites range in price and min 4 night stay. The Scamp has a fridge and I will include all the basics you need for an enjoyable visit! Just bring your own food and drinks! There is not a bathroom in the Scamp so you will have to use the campground facilities.

Fantastic home away from home. Enjoy the outside peace,as well as sleep comfortably. There are 2 Smart TV's inside to enjoy. RV has WiFi. Cook inside or grill outside with your portable charcoal grill. Coal and lighter fluid is provided. Bluetooth radio. RV is equipped with plates, coffe maker,bowls,cups, and utensils. Chairs are in the outside storage compartment for you to enjoy sitting outside under the new 20 ft awning. Inside and outside shower. 2 gallon gas can on-board the RV.

The Hillside Treehouse

Welcome to The Hillside Treehouse at Ramsden Lake, our newest accommodation. Designed to bring you closer to nature with floor to ceiling window, the Treehouse features a king size bed with luxury mattress, indoor vented compost toilet, kitchenette, large slipper tub, outdoor soaking tub and outdoor shower. This accommodation stays cool in the summer with AC unit, and stays warm in the winter with a wood burning stove. has shared access to the lake and shared use of a canoe.

Enjoy our cozy tiny retreat—2 beds (+ floor sleeper)—located beside our home in walkable Forrest Hills, just 6 miles from the city & 4 from downtown Decatur. A 5-min walk to bus connects to Avondale or Decatur MARTA. Best for 2 people or 1 person + a small non-shedding pet which MAY be considered. Special note: This Tiny home has a compost toilet—simple to use, zero smell, guests bag & dispose of waste in bin every 3rd day. Easy! One parking spot. Peaceful and super cozy!

30" RV for use at a local campground* of your choosing. I will deliver and setup the RV, not for use at the listing address. Has full kitchen, shower, tv/dvd, stereo. Comes with outdoor toaster oven, outdoor fridge, table, and an outdoor tv as well. *Delivered to a campsite or other approved site in the Atlanta region, $175 flat fee which includes full setup, you just show up and use it + $2 per mile anything over 20 miles from 30338, 150 mile max radius from 30338.

We also offer’s queen size bed where you can lay while enjoying one another letting the LED light set the mood while playing your favorite jam on the Bluetooth speaker.Enjoy the spacious hot tub located on the front deck. Summer time Pool will be available.
