Just a few blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Little 5 Points, the Beltline, Ponce City Market as well as neighborhood gems like Candler Park Market, Frazer forest and the Lake Claire Land Trust. Owners live upstairs with two children and a dog. You may hear sounds of family life during daytime hours.

Nestled into the heart of Decatur, a quiet neighborhood accessible to downtown Atlanta, The Sunny Suite is a short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. The apartment sits above our primary residence but has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. Guests describe our Beautyrest King Size Bed with Frette Linens as super comfortable. The coffee is made by an automatic Swiss Jura machine. Everything is set up for your enjoyment. We look forward to hosting you!

Easy access to the World Cup. Located in the historic Agnes Scott College neighborhood , the house is conveniently located between S Candler and S McDonough which leads into Decatur. Inviting front porch is shared between main house and suite. Lots of conveniences available, fast Wifi (20 MBPS). Comfortable King Bed with a dresser, closets, W/D and a wall mounted desk. Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

Enjoy a quiet retreat in the heart of Atlanta's historic Druid Hills neighborhood. You will feel right at home here no matter your reason for an Atlanta visit, whether it's a job interview at the CDC, a visit to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, a concert at Piedmont Park, or an orientation or graduation at Emory University. The owners recently completed a full-house renovation of this 1940s home, including the guest suite. They look forward to sharing it with you soon.
